- Go to Microsoft’s Support page and download DirectX End-User Runtime.
- Uncheck all the options > click the No thanks and continue button.
- Save the app directx_Jun2010_redist.exe > run it.
- Enter the path C:TMP > click OK to extract the installation files to the folder TMP on the Local Disk (C:).
- Open the Local Disk > open the folder TMP > run the application DXSETUP.
- Once Microsoft DirectX has been updated or repaired > delete the TMP folder.
4. Run Farming Simulator 17 in administrator mode
1. Launch Steam > go to Library.
2. Right-click Farming Simulator 17 > select Properties.
3. Go to the Local Files tab > browse local files.
