5. Disable hardware acceleration from Firefox

  1. From the top-right corner of Firefox click on the Menu icon.
  2. From the displayed list choose Options.firefox is not responding

9. Remove Session Restore files

  1. Click on the Menu icon, go to Help (?) and pick up Troubleshooting information.
  2. Click on Open Folder from Application Basics.
  3. Click the Menu button again and from there select the Exit option.
  4. From your profile folder delete the following file: sessionstore.js. Also, remove any associated files such as sessionstore-1.js and so on.remove session restore files mozilla

10. Reset Firefox

  1. From Firefox, click on the Menu icon.
  2. From the list that will be showed choose Help (?).
  3. Select Troubleshooting information.
  4. Find and choose the Refresh Firefox option.
